The legal entity for tax and commission purposes is SANBUSMEX GP. Trade names and branding associated with this business include Itzel Sanchez, The Sanchez Team, and KW Memphis Keller Williams Realty.

1. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, KW Memphis Keller Williams Realty — The Sanchez Team (SANBUSMEX GP) may send you SMS and/or MMS messages related to the program(s) you select:

• Transactional messages — appointment reminders, status updates, and customer-service related messages.
• Marketing messages — promotions, offers, listing updates, and other marketing communications.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not required to submit a general website inquiry.

United States participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-In / Opt-Out

You may opt in through an unchecked checkbox on our website forms (or other clear affirmative methods we provide). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation. You agree to notify us of changes to your mobile number.
